Our strategic plan gives us clarity that helps us better serve our students, staff, and families. To gather input, we held 17 listening sessions in our community and are now launching this survey to reach even more stakeholders. Your feedback will be analyzed by the SDWS Strategic Planning Committee, which will include parents, school district employees, community members, and a school board member.
The updated 2027-2032 Strategic Plan will be presented to the SDWS Board of Education in May of 2027 with implementation starting in the 2027-2028 school year.
To ensure a thorough and confidential process, we have partnered with Excel Leadership, LLC to facilitate the listening sessions and this survey. Your responses will remain anonymous.
The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. We encourage each adult in your household to fill out their own survey, as individual perspectives are valuable.
Please note that once you begin the survey, you won’t be able to save your progress to return later, so choose a time when you can complete it in one sitting.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and help shape the future of the School District of West Salem.
