2017 Science Dean's Scholarship Program Application

Below is the application for the 2017 Science Dean's Scholarship Program. The SDS program is for Penn State math and science students who change location from one of the Commonwealth Campuses to complete their bachelor's degree in one of the Eberly College of Science majors at University Park. Students who plan to change location in the following year are eligible to apply (i.e. the 2017 application is for students who plan to start at University Park in Fall 2017). The Science Dean's Scholarship Program is open to U.S. citizens who have completed a FAFSA, are in good academic standing, and plan to pursue a major in the Eberly College of Science.
