Hello!
We're reaching out to invite you to be part of an exciting new initiative: Pathways of Mercy. This project explores how people connected with Mercy—like yourself—might stay engaged, grow, and co-create new expressions of Catherine McAuley’s charism and the Mercy ethos into the future.
The Institute of Sisters of Mercy of Australia and Papua New Guinea, Pathways to Mercy Reference group has recently hired a project officer, Molly Payne, to support this work. Together, we’re responding to an identified need for a sustainable space for action, connection, formation, and resource sharing between those who carry the Mercy charism and want to help shape its various forms in the future.
We’re beginning this journey with a short survey to gather your ideas and interests. It will take just 5–10 minutes to complete. If you're open to a deeper conversation, you can opt in at the end of the survey to take part in a one-on-one interview or focus group, running from mid-July to mid-September. We would love to include your voice in this part of the journey.
It’s our hope to involve as many people as possible who feel connected to Mercy, so please feel free to share this letter and survey with anyone you think might be interested.
Together, we can shape something meaningful.
Warm regards,
The Pathways to Mercy Reference Group; Theresia Tina rsm, Duyen Nguyen rsm, Margaret Endicott rsm, Emma Llewellyn rsm, Julie Clarkson, Gaby Kinsman & Project Officer; Molly Payne
