*NOTE: We’ll also be hosting a FREE pre-event “Dinner & Conversations on Supported Decision-Making” session with national expert, Jonathan Martinis, on Friday evening, September 27th from 6-9pm, for all registered participants. Participation in this pre-event is not required to participate in the SDM Summit.
Supported Decision-Making (SDM) honors inclusion of all Coloradans in decision-making across their lifespan so to ensure dignity of choice, an individual’s will and preference, and maximizing independence by using members of a supportive community - loved ones, advocates of the individual’s choosing, technology, paid and/or community services and supports, and more – to provide integrated decision-making support(s) that allows all of us to live, love, work, play, and thrive in our communities.
We hope you'll join The Arc of Colorado in sponsoring the 2025 Supported Decision-Making (SDM) Summit in Pueblo, Colorado along with state, regional, and national experts to explore SDM as a practice and less-restrictive alternative to guardianship under Colorado law (SB21-075).

Sponsorship dollars also provide financial support and travel scholarships for families with limited financial resources who live more than 50 miles from the Summit.
