Welcome to the review of Information Technology Cluster courses and standards
South Dakota Department of Education, Division of Career & Technical Education is reviewing and updating the Career & Technical Education (CTE) state standards. For an overview of the CTE programs and all the clusters, go to https://doe.sd.gov/cte/careerclusters.aspx.
South Dakota has developed and updated 1) foundation courses/standards that benefit all CTE clusters and programs, 2) cluster-specific courses/standards for the Information Technology (IT) cluster, and 3) pathway-specific courses/standards for each IT pathway. This survey presents the newly updated IT Cluster courses, course descriptions, and standards for your review and input. Please complete this survey to contribute your opinions and recommendations about these courses and standards. If you know of other interested parties who have not received this survey, please feel free to pass the link on to them and invite them to participate.
