How can we improve at The Walkthrough

Hello and welcome!!! These past 18 months have been quite the ride and we've adapted to survival while also taking on new developments and looking at the world in a new way. The lockdowns in London shone light on the spirit of Crystal palace which is a huge part of how a small business like ours made it through okay. We want to continue to adapt but also continue to develop while staying aligned with our missions, keeping ourselves and our earth healthy. The tensions of the past year makes us feel we haven't engaged with you as much as we would like, so we want to take the opportunity to reach out and recieve your feedback about how we can improve. Please, if you want, feedback to us because we really will love to know what you think. All responses are anonymous and we have made most of the questions open ended so you are free to write as much or little as you want. We will read every one.
