Academic achievement and adaptation to school survey in college students

Purpose: We know a lot about academic achievement and adaptation to school among different racial populations and socioeconomic classes. What we don't know a lot about is how this may be different in twins, triplets, etc. Because of the unique experiences of multiples, we can suspect that these will be different among those populations.

 
Instructions: Please distribute this survey to your multiples who are attending college. Create a unique ID for your family that includes your last name month and year (in number format) of your multiples birthdays. Make sure that everyone uses the same ID!  Instruct them to complete this to their best ability.
