Proposed indicator(s) – This is how the success of the plan will be measured. This includes measurable results if the plan is implemented as written. Examples include: “Reduce the number of new STIs by 25 percent” OR “Reduce the number of congenital syphilis cases by at least 65 percent”

Proposed goal(s) – Proposed goals include broad categorical changes that would occur if the proposed steps and actions outlined under each goal is implemented. Examples include: “Increase STI testing and appropriate treatment” OR “Reduce STI disparities and inequities”
