* 15. NACNS Payment Terms

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS- Payment must be made in full for sponsorship and/or exhibit space 30 days prior to the conference. Sponsors and/or exhibitors failing to make the required final payment for exhibit space shall forfeit the right to participate. If the payment is not received by February 9, 2026, the sponsor and/or exhibitor’s logo will not be included on any print materials or signage. Should the exhibitor be unable to occupy and use the display space contracted for, he or she shall promptly notify NACNS Sponsorship Manager. If the request is received by NACNS on or before January 9, 2026 the total paid for the applicable sponsorship or exhibit table minus a $200 processing fee will be refunded. If the request is received on or after January 12, 2026 no refund will be issued or required. The date upon which Management receives the written notice of cancellation shall apply as the official date of cancellation. If the sponsor and/or exhibitor have any questions or anticipate any exceptional circumstances that might prevent payment from meeting the specified timeline above, they must contact NACNS by January 12, 2026 to avoid forfeiting their participation rights.
