One of the initiatives we identified as part of our 2018-2019 Annual Cycle of Effectiveness was to Quantify the Culture. More specifically, we are looking to access quality information about institutional cultures and practices related to diversity and inclusion. One of the strategies we identified was to create a more detailed demographic survey that would help us learn more about our faculty and staff at LSC-Tomball.
