The Researchers
This research is conducted by a Master’s student of Organizational Psychology at Adler University (Vancouver Campus) on behalf of the SupportingLines Institute. Here is the contact information for the researchers:

Research Purposes 
There are two main purposes for conducting this survey:
1. The first is to examine how support from leaders and peers influences employee engagement at work.
2. The second is to further develop the SupportingLines framework for helping leaders and organizations improve employee engagement in the workplace through support from an individual's leaders and peers. The outcome of this research will be presented as a business whitepaper.     

Research Topic
The objective of this survey is to explore how leader support and peer support influences an employee’s engagement at work.

Survey Length
This survey is entirely opinion-based; it consists of 56 multiple choice questions.
This survey should take approximately 10 mins to complete.

Voluntary
This survey is entirely voluntary, which means you can decide if you want to take part in the research or not. You can also leave the survey at any time by clicking on the withdraw box located at the top right corner of the survey or by closing the browser. 

Anonymity 
This research is anonymous, which means that the answers provided by the participants will not be linked to any identifying information. There will be no question that requires the participants to provide any personal information. Also, only the researchers will have access to the information given by participants. No one will know the names of the participants or what their answers are to different questions.

Usage of the results 
The outcome of the survey might be published, mentioned in a written paper, and presented in a conference. Only the aggregated data will be used to analyze and present in the final white paper. Any other information that might lead to participant’s identity will NOT be included in any written form or presentation.

Benefits
Participants in this survey will gain the opportunity to join an online webinar after the research is complete. The webinar will offer a comprehensive and detail-oriented session regarding the concept, the outcome, and the application of the survey results. The participants can register for the webinar by clicking the link located at the end of the survey.
