Highbridge Community Development Corporation (HCDC) is dedicated to your well-being by providing an affordable, secure, and well-managed apartment. It has been 40 years since its last major renovation. We are happy to announce that we are undertaking a comprehensive renovation called “Highbridge Rising.” This will entail an upgrade to every apartment, including a new kitchen, bathroom, windows, and apartment door, as well as upgrades to the building.
