Rising Star

This year's major initiative for the Rising Star team is to guage the level of candor we as staff members feel when interacting with one another. We're also looking to guage to what extent a climate of trust, respect and collaboration exists between ourselves and our building administrators. To find out where we're at, the members of the Rising Star Team selected 31 survey questions for all staff members to complete. ANONYMITY IS GUARANTEED. We selected questions from five categories: Admin Leadership, Collaboration, Communication, Culture and Resources. Results of the survey will be shared with all staff members at a regular staff meeting later this school year. We appreciate your honesty and candor when completing this survey. Please answer all questions. Additional comments are welcome within the survey.
