South Dakota Department of Education, Division of Career & Technical Education is reviewing and updating the Career & Technical Education (CTE) state standards.
South Dakota has developed 1) foundation courses/standards that benefit all CTE clusters and programs, 2) cluster-specific courses/standards for the Arts, A/V Technology & Communications cluster, and 3) pathway-specific courses/standards for each Arts, A/V Technology & Communications pathway.
