Youth (12-17) Sport and Active Recreation Participation Survey
To assist Sports Central in the planning and delivery of sport and active recreation programs targeted at young people (12-17), we are requesting young people of all demographics and interest groups complete this short 5 minute survey.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA This survey is designed for any young person aged 12-17 living in the Central Highlands Region of Victoria, Australia.
