The following ballot is for the open PMA Board of Directors seats. This ballot is unique to you as a voting member in good standing; please do not forward.

Each member company is entitled to one ballot. You may vote for up to 6 nominees. If a company votes more than twice, the last ballot submitted will be counted and the others will be discarded.
