Welcome to the Sandusky County Save A Life Naloxone Program

You are eligible to request a free Narcan (naloxone) kit from Sandusky County Public Health (SCPH) if
1)  you are a resident of State of Ohio and
2) you are a family member, friend, or loved one of a person who is at risk of an opioid drug overdose or
3) you are a person at risk of an opioid drug overdose 
 
You may request a kit for the first time or as a replacement for a used or expired kit. If this is a replacement request, you will need to complete this questionnaire again. Only 1 kit can be requested at one time. 
 
This program is also known in Ohio as "Project DAWN" .

You are eligible to request a kit from this program if you live in the State of Ohio. If you do not live in the State of Ohio, please contact us, and we can get you connected with someone in your area.
