SCOOP Project Profile

The Eastern Transportation Coalition saw a growing demand for quick-response projects that foster innovative and implementable ideas, test emerging technologies and leverage data that could not be satisfied through existing funding. The Special Cooperative Projects (SCOOP) Fund was created as a way to bring this additional value to TETC member states.

Please use this form to provide TETC with project ideas to be considered for the FY24 round of SCOOP.
