Sulam for Current Leaders (SCL) is a leadership-development program that strengthens the collective performance of your officers, board members, and committees. The result: a shared purpose, energy, and goals to create a sustainable congregation.
SCL’s goal is to engage the entire leadership team in order to make systematic change that will last beyond the current administration. As your leadership adopts these best practices, conflict will be reduced and collaboration increased, with shared goals your leaders will become more accountable.

Share best principles on the topics of Leadership Development and Growth, Delegation and Accountability
Provide hands-on facilitated support guided by your dedicated Transformation Specialist who will be your partner on this journey
Create space for peer learning and networking
Your commitment to us:
Complete attached application. Assign a champion for the program and facilitator.
Champion and facilitator participate in remote training.
Be open to new learning - embrace the ideas and concepts being shared.
Do the work of learning and implementation. Conduct Board Workshops- There are 4 sessions that can be done over the course of approximately 6-8 months.
Be in communication - share your work product with your transformation specialist and your network of peers in the SCL cohort through USCJ Digital Platform (The Commons)
