Equipment Donation Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in donating equipment! Please review the following guidelines before submitting your donation form.

  • Equipment Criteria:
    • We are only accepting adaptive recreational equipment, including:
      • Handcycles
      • Recumbent cycles
      • Off-road assist devices
      • Other miscellaneous
    • We do not accept any medical equipment, including:
      • Wheelchairs
      • Walkers
      • Shower/bathing chairs
  • Donation Restrictions: We are unable to accept equipment donations from May through September due to our busy summer programming season. Please plan accordingly if you wish to donate.
  • Storage Limitations: Due to limited space at the hospital, we cannot guarantee that we can store donated equipment. If we are unable to hold the equipment, we will still assist by posting photos and details on our website to connect potential recipients with you directly.
  • Timing Considerations: We cannot guarantee how quickly your equipment will be claimed. If you need to remove it by a specific date due to moving or space constraints, please consider this before submitting a donation form.
  • Your Involvement: We encourage you to be as involved as you'd like in selecting the recipient. If you wish to be informed about interested parties or consult with them before finalizing a donation, please let us know--we'll keep you updated!
