Allerton Visitor Center Renovation - Public Input

Since the welcome addition of the Greenhouse Café in 2018, the Visitor Center and Café have been sharing a space. Plans are now in motion to give our visitors a new and improved Visitor Center experience... and we want to hear from you! Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas for Allerton's new Visitor Center (Projected Completion: Summer 2021).
1.After map and basic, accessible amenities, what three features do you consider vital to a successful Visitor Center?
2.For the next three questions, think of previous Visitor Centers you have visited. Which ones were best, and why? What about them was memorable?
3.Which Visitor Centers were not-so-good, and why? What could have been improved?
4.What words would you use to describe your experience at each?
5.How did you feel after leaving?  Did you take any further action because of that visit (donate, plan a return visit, tell a friend, start volunteering, etc.)?
