Proposal Guidelines

While preparing your proposal, please note the following:

All individuals are limited to a maximum of two (2) presentation proposals

Proposals must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM EST on February 10, 2020

If your proposal is accepted, please note the following:

Decisions will be sent via email to the primary presenter by February 24, 2020

You must register for the conference by April 2, 2020

However, if your presentation will fit better in a different time format, we will give you the second time preference. Content sessions will focus on practice and/or educational topics. Poster sessions will provide short displays of current projects.
