Earlier this year, the New Jersey Dental Association Board of Trustees made a commitment to members by developing a new Strategic Plan to guide the organization. The following survey is one of the early parts of that plan. The following questions attempt to drill down how the Association can best serve dentists in their first five years of practice - now and throughout their careers.
