Introduction & Demographics

As part of the Santa Clara County Office of Education's Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), survey information is used as a success indicator. This survey is designed to give parents, students, staff, and community members a voice in improving our schools and programs. We will continue to find ways to increase academic excellence and support for all students. The survey results will help us determine the goals, actions, and budget priorities for our county office student programs. Please note, if you have children attending more than one (1) school, it is recommended that you complete this survey one time for each school. This survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete per submission.
