RSVP for Community Health Improvement Planning

Your involvement in the MAPP process is incredibly important as you and your organization represent a vital piece of our community.

Even if you have not been able to attend a previous meeting, you can still be apart of the MAPP process!

We had 61 organizations represented at our first MAPP meeting in January and would like to see that level of participation continue!
