Thank you for your interest in the SCAND Mentorship Program. This is the application to become a Mentor. To apply, you must be a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics with SCAND selected as your affiliate. RD's and NDTR's with at least 1 year experience in your focus area and 2 years as a practitioner are encouraged to apply.
