We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for youth aged 15–30 to develop essential leadership skills and gain the confidence needed to create meaningful change in their communities. Eligible candidates must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or has been granted refugee status in Canada


As part of this program, all participants will submit a project proposal to advance sickle cell disease advocacy and care, and selected projects will receive a $5,000 microgrant to bring their ideas to life.

For high school students, this is also a great chance to earn volunteer hours while making a difference!
Our program includes a series of virtual sessions held every Thursday evening from April 2026 to October 2026, 6:30 PM–7:30 PM, culminating in an exciting in-person session in the Greater Toronto Area.
This transformative journey is designed to inspire, empower, and prepare young people to lead with purpose. Whether you are a changemaker in the making or just starting your leadership journey, this program offers an invaluable experience to unlock your potential and pave the way for future success.
