Epiphany Lutheran Church Fall 2020 Survey

The Reopening Task Force is anticipating that COVID-19 concerns will last well into 2021.  Our primary concern remains to keep everyone healthy.  We will continue to offer Zoom services regardless.  To understand your opinions, we need the congregation’s input on the following options.  Request one response per household.  Please answer yes/no for each of the questions below.  We request your reply by end of day Monday, October 12.

Question Title

* 1. Would you be willing to attend a Harvest Celebration / Pet Blessing at Home Place?

Socially distant gathering to celebrate the garden harvest, bless pets (optional), and socialize.   Masks required, need to keep 6 feet apart.  Communion will be offered.

* 2. Would you be willing to attend a Christmas Carol Event at Home Place?

Socially distant gathering to sing carols and socialize.   Masks required, need to keep 6 feet apart.  Communion will be offered.

* 3. Would you be willing to attend Worship at Home Place?

Same scenario as in June but with cooler temperatures.  Shorter service (~45 min), masks required, need to keep 6 feet apart.  Communion will be offered.

* 4. Would you be willing to attend Worship Indoors (place TBD)?

Due to this being indoors, the following conditions would apply: RSVP in advance, assigned seating, short service (~45 min), choir provides prerecorded music (no congregational singing), sit throughout service, stay in place during sharing the peace, leaving immediately  after service.  Communion will be offered.
