This is the sign up sheet for the below class being offered by NCPAC.

Once you have signed up, all the information that you need for the class that you are signing up for, will be sent to the email that you provide. In addition, an invoice will be sent for payment. Invoice and information will be sent to you by September 2nd.

Class costs:

7 hours – $140 Member, $175 Non-member

Your membership will be verified and an invoice will be sent to the email address at the top of the sign up.

General Membership dues are $100/year.
If you answer yes, your membership will be added to the invoice and you will be charged member rates for classes.
