2020 Spring Conference Silent Auction & Raffle |
Support WASBO's involvement in ASBO International by participating in the Spring Silent Auction & Raffle on Thursday, May 14. Proceeds provide grants for WASBO members serving on ASBO committees and assistance to candidates running for the ASBO Board.
Exhibitors donating raffle prizes will display them at their booths, and attendees will drop off their raffle tickets when they visit. Silent auction items will be displayed at a central area where attendees can place their bids – we will provide exhibitors who donate auction items with table signage indicating what item they provided. All exhibitors who donate to the Silent Auction & Raffle will be noted on the exhibit hall map and in their program book listing.
WASBO members appreciate your support of their ASBO activities! Here’s how to participate:
1. Let us know you are donating an auction or raffle item by filling out the form below. Past auction/raffle items have included gift cards, gift baskets, electronics (TV, iPad, eReader, etc.), sporting or theater event tickets, logo wear, or vendor products or services. Think about tying the conference theme, "20/20 Vision for the Future," into your item for added fun and interest. Suggested minimum value is $25.
2. For raffle items: If exhibiting, you will display your donated item at your booth. We will provide you with a bag for collecting raffle tickets. WASBO staff will collect the raffle tickets and items and conduct the raffle drawing before Thursday’s evening event.
3. For silent auction items: Drop off your donated item at conference registration by 8 a.m. on May 14. If you are unable to do that, please contact the WASBO office for additional options at 608.249.8588. The auction item will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall central silent auction area. WASBO will provide bid sheets and conduct the auction. Exhibitors will receive signage describing their silent auction donation to display in their booth.

Remember: if you wish to participate by donating a prize for the drawing, please complete the form below by Friday, April 24. This is especially important for exhibitors in order to receive full recognition in signage, the conference program, and the exhibit hall map.
