Important Survey Information

Purpose and Benefits
Thank you for taking the time to click on this voluntary survey! The purpose of this survey is to better understand how sustainability is conceptualized amongst students and how much our campus community knows about sustainability. Your responses will help us further develop our sustainability efforts at Seattle Colleges. You must complete the survey and provide your contact information in order to be entered in a free drawing.

Please fill out the survey to the best of your ability. The survey should take you 5-7 minutes to complete.

This survey seeks to gather information on your knowledge, behaviors, and interests related to sustainability. We do not anticipate any risks for participants. If you are under the age of 18 years old, do NOT complete this survey. We cannot obtain guardian consent.

All the information collected is anonymous and will be kept confidential. If you are interested in entering the free drawing, please provide your contact information at the end.
