At our November meeting, the group adopted a set of committees for Sonoma County ACES Connection (SCAC). It is important that we begin this process now, as we need to formalize our charter and processes as part of receiving our two year start up grant. The committees will look at many important questions, such as:

What does it mean to be a SCAC member? Who gets to vote and how do we decide?

How will we make decisions such as "how will we select the participants for the Train the Master Trainer Program", or "who decides how we spend grant funds?"

What does it mean to be a "trauma informed" agency? How will we measure progress on this and other objectives?
