We are conducting a survey to better understand the experiences of patients living in border areas between England and Wales when accessing health services. If you live in these areas, you may have been given the option to register with a GP across the border or seek hospital care in the neighbouring country. If you have had this option, or live in a county along the Welsh/English border, then your feedback is crucial to help us identify any challenges, preferences, and opportunities for improving healthcare services for individuals navigating cross-border care.
