Thank you for your interest in the Boch Center's SpectrumBoston Ticket Access Program! Please fill out the form on the next few pages to start your application to register in the Ticket Access Program.
Once you have finished completing the on Group Information Form on the next few pages, you must send us the following documents below to ensure that your Ticket Access Program registration is complete. Your registration will NOT be complete until you fill out the following Group Information Form AND the documents below. You may email, mail, or fax the following materials in order for us to process your enrollment:
● Formal Request on your organization’s letterhead to be part of the program
● Additional Literature about and Mission Statement of your organization. NOTE: If you do not have such a publication, this information can be included in your formal request
● Copy of your organization’s 501(c)(3) or ST-2 non-profit certification
● Completed Group Information Sheet (on the next few pages. If you prefer a Word Document of this form, please email firstname.lastname@example.org)

Please note that tickets are for the population that you serve. Tickets are not guaranteed for every show. Ticket distribution is determined by various factors, including programming, partnership level, and history of participation. When tickets become available, your organization will be notified via the contact information you provide to us.
