The WPCC has created this short form to enable Parent Carers to request a text alerting them to apply for the 2026-27 Short Breaks Scheme when it opens for applications.

The Short Breaks Scheme is open to children and young people with SEND in Wiltshire. We have been assured by Wiltshire Council that full details of eligibility and how to apply for the scheme will be available soon.
