County of Santa Barbara: Solar Panel Drop-Off Appointment Request

California Product Stewardship Council (CPSC) is a 501(c)3 nonproft organization and California’s leading expert on Product Stewardship and the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) movement. CPSC, partnering with the Santa Barbara RMDZ, is piloting a solar panel drop-off collection event from October 1st - November 1st 2025.

This appointment request is for collection of residential solar panels near the County of Santa Barbara. If the panels are not from a residence, collection could possibly be arranged for an additional fee. Please complete this appointment request and CPSC staff will contact you.
