We are interested in learning about your experiences with the Safe Babies New York program.  The program began in 2004 to help hospitals educate parents about the dangers of shaking a baby.  Over the years, it expanded its message to include safe sleep practices for infants.  Now that Safe Babies New York is ending, we are interested in hearing your impression of the program and how you plan to continue providing this education.  Please complete this survey, which should take 5-7 minutes.
