WHY IS SOUTHERN BIBLE INSTITUTE CONDUCTING A SURVEY?
Southern Bible Institute is planning some special courses for pastors. SBI believes your input can help the President and leadership team make the best possible decisions to facilitate achieving the goal of serving pastors and ministers in training with excellence. Southern Bible Institute's strategic planning process will incorporate data and feedback from the completed surveys to help inform future decisions.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY?
The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete.
WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE SURVEY?
The survey consists primarily of multiple choice questions with a few open-ended questions which allow respondents to write additional comments. The survey is designed so that respondents can offer comments along with their response to each question.
WHO IS ADMINISTERING THE SURVEY?
Southern Bible Institute has selected Therapon Leadership Services to administer the survey and assist with a curriculum planning process. The leadership of this organization has more than thirty-two years of executive experience in various organizational sectors: including the educational, governmental, nonprofit and religious sectors. A group of experienced professionals will collaborate to help Southern Bible Institute interpret the survey data and incorporate the findings into future decision-making and curriculum planning.
WHO IS BEING ASKED TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY?
Southern Bible Institute is reaching out to a select network of alumni and supporters to seek input. The survey will be sent to the Faculty, Staff, Volunteers, Alumni, Local Pastors, as well as other people knowledge about ministry and pastoral leadership. Southern Bible Institute is counting on a significant number of responses to increase the reliability of the feedback from the survey.
DOES THE SOUTHERN BIBLE INSTITUTE COLLECT SURVEY RESPONSES?
Southern Bible Institute is not involved in the collection of survey responses. The survey will be completed and collected on a secure website facilitated through an agreement with Therapon Leadership Services.
Therapon Leadership Services has a confidentiality policy that prevents reporting data in a way that would identify an individual respondent. The summary data for each individual category will only be reported if there are at least three responses for that category. For confidentiality purposes, completed surveys with fewer than 3 respondents in any category or group will be included in the overall total only.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH THE SOUTHERN BIBLE INSTITUTE SURVEY RESULTS?
Therapon Leadership Services will present summary data from the completed surveys to the Southern Bible Institute President and leadership team. The results will be used to help inform a special pastoral curriculum planning process for Southern Bible Institute currently underway.
