2021 NMASBHC Annual Update & SBHA Census |
1. Introduction
The following survey combines the 2021 NMASBHC Annual Directory Update and Survey as well as the national School Based Health Alliance (SBHA) Census.
The survey begins with general information to update the SBHC Directory and map on the NMASBHC website. The last page of the survey includes questions to gather information to help NMASBHC to advocate for support of the amazing work that continues with school-based health care, both in New Mexico and nationally.
Questions for the SBHA Census will contribute toward the collective submission of New Mexico SBHC Data for the national School Based Health Alliance (SBHA) 2021 Census. SBHA is gathering information on all SBHCs nationwide. In New Mexico, NMASBHC, Apex Evaluation and NM DOH/OSAH are working collaboratively to compile current and accurate information about all New Mexico SBHCs.
