IGR’s signature student-facilitated dialogues are uniquely constructed courses taught by faculty and staff who've been trained through our workshops (an orientation such as this, followed by an advanced facilitation workshop). These courses provide an opportunity for faculty and staff to support student facilitators as mentors/coaches while providing oversight for the dialogue community as a whole.
