Overview

We are delighted to say that in the Thames Valley Slough are the lowest referrers to the specialist Child and Adolescent  Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Slough has retained skilled staff and improved the care pathways to make earlier intervention possible . We have integrated teams who work collaboratively to support young people in schools and prevent unnecessary waiting.

We recognise we still have more to do to help parents and young people to understand how the comprehensive CAMHS system works and how people can be signposted to help when they need it.

We would like your views (whether a parent, carer or young person) on our revised CAMHS strategy  and pathways for Anxiety/depression and Self Harm (right click on link and click open to view)
