Inside Agreement $1.90 Allocation

This survey is for the $1.90 wage increase effective February 1, 2021. Your survey answers will help determine the two options for voting on how to allocate this wage increase.

Notes: The health plan has been extended from 5 months to 6, which does add some extra costs. Also, the plan has added two months of cobra coverage due to a COVID event. As always, it is recommended to consider putting something to health, even if it is just a small amount. If you have any questions, please call the office.

After the surveys are completed, we will be hosting a Zoom meeting to review the results before the actual voting process takes place.
