One survey completed between 22 August 2019 – 29 September 2019 signifies one entry. The prize on offer is a prize pack contributed by The Healthy Chef, valued at $500 RRP. The competition closes Sunday 29 September 2019 at 11.59pm, and one winner will be chosen at random at 10am AEST on Monday 30 September 2019 at the registered office of BHA Media. The winner will be notified by email no later than 5pm AEST on Monday 30 September 2019. The winner has seven days to accept their prize and provide delivery information or the competition will be redrawn at random on 10am AEST on Monday 7 October 2019.
