SANDAG Regional TSMO Plan Stakeholder Outreach - User Needs Survey

As part of SANDAG’s Regional Transportation System Management & Operations (TSMO) Plan, we are collecting information on the Region’s needs related to transportation.

We need your help to complete this survey. You are uniquely able to provide us with information about the needs you prioritize from the perspective of your agency and department that you represent. This survey lists potential needs as related to TSMO concepts. The Regional TSMO Plan will include the development of two concepts that will help advance SANDAG’s 5 Big Moves initiative under the Next OS: a Smart Intersection System and Curb Management System. Although these efforts are in the early stages of development, your input will help identify system user needs, goals, and objectives. We would like you to select your ranking/priority of each need. You may mark some needs as “N/A” if it does not apply to you.

Why is your input so important? Each corridor or region has specific goals and objectives the nature of travel patterns, availability of transit, congestion levels, incident rates, and other local needs. Similarly, each stakeholder has unique needs that are affected by existing capabilities, internal processes, and the priorities of the agency they represent.

If you are participating in multiple stakeholder groups, or if the needs of the corridor you are representing differ from the needs of your agency, we ask that you take the survey again to capture the perspective of both. Please indicate in the survey which perspective you are representing.
