Unite are organising an Aerospace salary survey in the South East. We are asking for your participation to allow us evaluate and publish the real salary situation in the sector.
At the moment many employers have individual salary rates and pay secrecy is encouraged. There is little salary transparency and employees often have no idea what their true value is. This situation can only benefit the employers. To help us publicise salary ranges in the industry and determine the 'going rate' for each discipline we are asking you to participate in this confidential salary census.
The census is being conducted across Aerospace companies in the South East. Once we have analysed the salary data we will publish the findings and share them with you. The findings should allow you to compare your salary with comparable roles throughout the sector in the South East.
