Steinbach Arts Council (SAC) exists to create community through arts and culture. As an umbrella organization for all arts groups in our community, SAC supports and promotes the arts through its programming and advocacy. At the heart of the work that SAC engages in is the Steinbach Cultural Arts Centre which is home to many of these groups as well as over 60 programs for all ages. The arts classes, camps, concerts and events draw thousands of people from our region to experience the arts every year. Our services have continued to grow over the past several years to a place where we are experiencing capacity issues.
As we look to the future, SAC is exploring ways to increase our capacity and provide the facilities to meet the demand for performing arts and arts instruction. Through this survey we are asking what people would use, what they value, and how SAC can serve their community better. We are looking for responses from everyone and look forward to hearing from you whether you participate in SAC programming or not.
