Exhibitor Application

We're pleased to invite you to participate at SABCS 2025 as an exhibitor in the Advocacy Partners Pavilion. Accepted exhibitors will receive 4 complimentary exhibit-area-only registrations to the conference, and use of the Advocate Lounge.

Eligible organizations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that there are limited spots available. Those exhibiting in the Advocacy Pavilion will be assigned to a booth and are ineligible for an additional booth on the exhibit floor. A member of the SABCS exhibits team will reach out to you to confirm and process your application, as well as share important deadlines and collateral upload details.

Each organization receives 4 complimentary exhibit-area-only registration passes to staff their booth space. Please list the names and emails of the individuals receiving the complimentary exhibitor badges.

Conditions
Please review the below conditions prior to submitting your application. Please email sabcs-exhibits@uthscsa.edu with questions regarding the below.
  • Approved Non-Profits within the Patient Advocate Pavilion may cancel by November 14, 2025 without penalty. Cancellations after November 14, 2025 will result in ineligibility to exhibit for 1 year.
  • Non-Profit Exhibitors are limited to 1 booth on the exhibit floor. Non-Profit Exhibitors may have a booth either within the Patient Advocate Pavilion or outside of the Pavilion, not both.
  • No Shows/leaving your exhibit space prior to exhibition closing hours will result in ineligibility to exhibit for 1 year.
