Dear Friends and Families of San Antonio Academy,

The purpose of this questionnaire is to assist the Head of School Search Committee, (chaired by Roger Hill), our search consultants from The Education Group (John Cooper, Bob Kirkpatrick and Vicki Raney), and the Board of Trustees as we begin the search for our next Head of School.

In addition to information gained through these surveys, the consultants will be on campus to meet with trustees, faculty, administrators, staff, alumni and parents.  These are opportunities for members of our school community to participate in the head search process and reflect on our needs at this important time in the history of the school.

Please answer the following questions from your own perspective.  Please add comments, if you like, on any of the questions by clicking “Other” and typing your thoughts in the available space.  Note that this questionnaire is anonymous and you will not be asked to give your name nor contact information. To add to the confidentiality of responses, the questionnaire information will be collated by our search consulting firm rather than by the school.
