Thank you for participating in Mazzoni Center and WOAR: Philadelphia Center Against Sexual Violence’s anonymous survey! It should take about 10 minutes. This survey will be used to inform how these agencies train professionals and community members who serve and/or support LGBTQ+ survivors of sexual violence in addition to allowing an opportunity for feedback for Mazzoni Center and WOAR: Philadelphia Center Against Sexual Violence.
