We are reaching out to operators of private shared-use kitchens in Fort Collins and beyond to gain insight into how these facilities currently support local food-based entrepreneurs and small businesses. Your experiences will help us assess the current demand for shared kitchen space, identify common challenges faced by operators and users, and recognize the unique role your kitchen plays in the local food ecosystem. We also intend to explore opportunities for strengthening and expanding shared-use kitchen services to better meet the needs of Fort Collins’ growing food ecosystem.
